The Sajjangarh Palace is built on a Hilltop, which is also famous by the name Monsoon Palace, provides a beautiful paranomic view of the city and its surrounding area. The palace was built in the 19th century for the royal family to live during the monsoon season and enjoy the beautiful rainy season. The palace is named after Maharaja Sajjan Singh who built it in the year 1884. The Sajjangarh Palace was originally intended to be an astronomical observatory, but later was developed into monsoon Palace due to its strategic point location on the hill tops of Aravali, called the Bansdara Peak. The Sajjangarh Palace was primarily used by the royal family as a hunting lodge and to accommodate the guests of the royal family. The palace is build in beautiful Rajput and European architecture styles making it and unique attraction for the travelers. The way to the palace is entirely beautiful which passes through the Hills of Aravali ranges surrounded by dense forest which makes the road to the palace much more beauti.

Lake Pichola

The beautiful Lake Pichola is an artificial fresh water lake which is surrounded by Hills palaces and temples. There are stories that say, the lake was built by a person named Pichhu Banjara in the remembrance of his beloved bull which had passed away. A visit to the Udaipur city is incomplete without a Boat Ride in the Pichola Lake.

The Bagore Ki Haveli

The beggar Ki Haveli is located in the Gangaur Ghat Marg of Udaipur. This Haveli is is a gorgeous Palace which was built in the 18th century on the bank of Lake Pichola. The Haveli has over a hundred rooms which are beautiful decorated with mirror and glass works the haveli was constructed for the Prime Minister of Mewar Kingdom Amar Chand Badwa. The most popular tourist attraction in the Palace is there Queen's chamber which displays a couple of very gorgeous glass and Mirrors sculptures of peacocks. The palace was renovated and restored, and was converted into a beautiful museum which displays the beautiful paintings and murals and other artifacts which belong to the Mewar Kingdom. Another important tourist attraction of the Haveli is the popular Dorahar Dance show which is held every evening to showcase the rich cultural heritage and folk Rajasthan tradition of Rajasthan.

Jag Mandir Palace

Jag Mandir Palace is also referred as The Lake Garden Palace, which is situated on the southern island of Lake Pichola. This beautiful palace is build out of marble and yellow sandstone and is a three story building. This palace was completed in 17th century by the Maharaja Jagat Singh of Mewar. Jab Mandir Palace is built in Islamic architectural style and has different Mahals such as Bara Patron ka Mahal, Zeena Mahal, Kunwar Pada Ka Mahal which are the must visit places in here. The Jag Mandir Palace also has Gardens which posts roses, Jasmine flowers, Palm trees, Bogainvillaea, etc. The palace also has a beautiful restaurant called the Darikhana which serves delicious Rajasthani food.

The Wax Museum Udaipur

The Wax Museum of Udaipur is a popular tourist attraction which is located on Saheliyon ki Bari road. The Museum is the first Wax Museum in Rajasthan and accommodates 15 wax statues from London National and international actors historical figure, sports person, etc.

Sajjangarh Biological Park

The Sajjangarh Biological Park is just about 4 km from Udaipur and located in the foot Hills of Sajjangarh Palace. Dip Biological Park is a zoological garden which houses about 21 species of animals and birds such as blackbucks, lions, tigers, leopards, crocodiles, etc. All these animals are kept in an enclosure and visitors can walk around the garden and take a beautiful glimpse of these wild animals.

The Jag Niwas Palace

The Jag Niwas Palace is also known as Taj Lake Palace which is build in the Lake Pichola in Udaipur. Rajiv Gandhi Park is the biggest garden of the city and is located close to the Fateh Sagar Lake. There are also many food courts and food stalls near the park which serves refreshments to the visitors.

The Fate Sagar Lake

This artificial lake is build in the Northwest of Udaipur comma and his name the after Maharana Fateh Singh the ruler of Udaipur. The lake was built in 1687 and is the second largest of lake Udaipur city. There are number of things to do around the Fateh Sagar lake as it provides a number of water activities available around here. As the sunsets the crowd on the Fateh Sagar lake increases as there are a numerous of Fast Food stalls located on the bank Fateh Sagar lake which provide mouth watering food.
