There are eight main aspects of personal health viz. Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Environmental, Finacial and Occupational.
These eight dimesnions are mutually co-dependence and each one is important to build ones optimum health. Attention must be given to all these dimensions as ignorance of any of the one over time will adversely affect the others which consequent to impact on one’s health, well-being, and quality of life. We naturally have our own priorities, approaches, and aspirations, including our own views of what it means to live life fully.
