Indian Premier League 2024 : Full list of Key Players Who Might Be Unavailable for the tournament

The 17th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) is just few days ahead. The best top cricketers of the world will come together under different franchises teams in India. 
There are chances of several star players from different countries might not participate in the IPL 2024. 

Mumbai Indians(MI)

• Suryakumar Yadav: The world rank 1 batsman in T20 internationals will be missing first few matches for Mumbai Indians after sports surgery.
• Jason Behrendoff: The Austriralian left-arm blower has been moved out of IPL 2024. English left-arm pacer Luke Wood has been named as Behrendoff's replacement. Luke was brought by MI for Rs 50 lakhs.
• Gerald Coetzee: The South African all-rounder was also suffering from an injury. He is under monitoring of MI medical team currently.
• Dilshan Madushanka: The Sri-Lankan left-arm blower is suffering an injury. He is going to miss the starting matches of Indian Premier League.

Delhi Capitals(DC)

• Harry Brook: The English batsman is going to opt out of the Indian Premier League 2024. He was auctioned to DC for Rs 4 crore in the IPL 2024 auction. Brook played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the last season of IPL.

Chennai Super Kings(CSK)

• Devon Conway: The Kiwi batsman is been out of IPL-2024 after thumb surgery. He will be out of the season for eight weeks.
• Mathesha Pathirana: The Lankan pacer is recovering from ankle injury.
• Mustafizur Rahman: The Bangladeshi left-arm blower is suffering from injury.

Rajasthan Royals(RR)

• Prasidh Krishna: Due to quadriceps surgery, the Karnataka pacer will be missing from the IPL once again. 

Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR)

• Jason Roy: Due to some personal reasons the English hitter had to withdraw from IPL 2024. Phil Salt and Roy's countryman have been named as his replacement.
• Gus Atkinson: Heavy workload led the English pace blower to withdraw out of the tournament. Dushmantha Chameera of Sri Lanka's has been named as replacement for Atkinson's in Kolkata Knight Riders.

Gujarat Giants(GG)

• Mohammed Shami: The Indian fast blower is out of game since the India vs Australia final in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Mohammed Shami has undergone ankle surgery in England.
• Mathew Wade: Wade won't be available first two matches (March 25 and 27) of Gujarat Giants  as Wade has to play the Sheffield Shield finals for Tasmania team from March 21st to 25th.

Lucknow Super Giants(LSG)

• Mark Wood: Wood is pulled out of the season by ECB to manage his workload.
