Rahul Twetia

Rahul Tewatia is a cricket player from India who represents Haryana in domestic cricket and Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He is a versatile player who bats with his left hand and bowls with his right-arm using leg spin technique.

Rahul Tewatia, a native of Faridabad, Haryana, was born on May 20, 1993. He began his Ranji Trophy career in 2013, representing Haryana against Karnataka, and made his List A debut in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2017.

Rahul was purchased by Rajasthan Royals before the IPL Season 2014. Later, he was bought by Kings XI Punjab in 2017 and then transitioned to Delhi Daredevils the following year.

He matched Chris Gayle's record for hitting the most sixes in an over of an IPL match in September 2020. This happened during the 18th over of the match against Kings XI Punjab when he hit 5 sixes off Sheldon Cottrell. He played 31 balls and scored 53 runs, helping his team to chase the highest-ever target of 224 runs in the history of the Indian Premier League. Recently, he was bought by the Gujarat Titans ahead of IPL Season 2022.
