Brief History of GT and CSK Teams
CSK was founded in 2008 and is owned by India Cements Limited. CSK has won the IPL Title four times in 2010, 2011, 2018, 2021 and became the second most successful Team in IPL. Gujarat Titans was founded in 2021 and owned by CVC Capital Partners. Current Team Standings and Player Analysis
The captain of GT is Hardik Pandya. Last season, the team's batting order was not as impressive compared to other teams. However, this year, GT has strengthened their batting line-up by acquiring quality players such as Kane Williamson and K.S. Bharat. Shubham Gill, the opener, can provide a solid start to the inning. The bowling attack also looks good, with Mohit Sharma, Joshua Little, and Shivam Mavi joining the team. GT seems to have a well-rounded team with no weak links. The team purchased seven new players in the auction to build a full team of 25 players.

CSK will be led by the well-known and experienced player, MS Dhoni. The team already has a solid lineup with the likes of Ambati Rayudu and Moeen Ali, and they have also acquired the talented Ben Stokes for the upcoming season. Ben's impressive performance in the T20 World Cup proves that he is a valuable addition to the team, and his versatility as a top-order batter gives CSK the option to pair him with Ruturaj Gaikwad as an opener. In addition, CSK boasts of strong spinners such as Ravindra Jadeja, Mitchell Santner, and Maheesh Theekshana, which adds to their overall strength.
