Understanding the importance of physical, emotional, and mental development during this period, iMumz offers 24/7 support, mentorship, lifestyle coaching, and valuable content to help mothers take care of themselves and their babies. In a society where nuclear families are prevalent, iMumz fills the gap by providing the necessary guidance and support that new mothers often lack.

Since its inception in 2020, iMumz has garnered 6 lakh app downloads, with 1.1 lakh active users, including 30,000 paid customers. They operate on a subscription-based model, where 35% of their content is available for free. Generating a revenue of ₹2 crore in just two years, iMumz has established itself as a trusted platform for mothers across India.

Despite the promising numbers, one of the sharks, Anupam, expressed dissatisfaction with iMumz's current business model and opted out of the deal. However, Peyush, another shark, saw the potential and made an offer of ₹10 lakh for 1% equity and ₹60 lakh at a 10% interest rate. The deal was ultimately closed with Peyush, solidifying iMumz's path to further growth and success.

Karan and Pranav from Pune introduced Healthy Binge, a brand that offers healthy snacks made from millets. Their millet chips are an excellent alternative to traditional snacks, as they contain no palm oil, fewer calories, and provide the equivalent nutrients, fibers, and iron found in fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.

With an investment ask of ₹50 lakh for 5% equity, Healthy Binge has gained significant traction since its launch in 2021. They have already sold over 2 lakh packets of chips, generating a sales revenue of approximately ₹56 lakh. Their products are available on their website and popular marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

During their pitch, the sharks were impressed with the taste of Healthy Binge's snacks. Anupam and Namita inquired about the use of MSG content, to which the founders assured them that no such additives were used. The sharks also commended the founders for the appealing design and packaging, which Karan and Pranav personally crafted.

Vineeta opted out of the opportunity due to her existing investment in a competitor brand. After further negotiations and satisfactory answers from the founders, Aman joined hands with Peyush, finalizing the deal. Healthy Binge now has the backing and resources needed to expand its reach and cater to health-conscious consumers across India.
