Despite impressing the Sharks with their passion and commitment, the lack of scalability and the founders' reluctance to enter the online space hindered their chances of securing a deal. Kitsons remains an offline business, with a strict no return or exchange policy, ensuring the quality of their products.

Their wide range of products includes waffle chips, bread spreads, and 100% vegetarian options. With availability in four cities and online platforms, London Bubble Co. aims to provide indulgent treats to its customers.

While the Sharks enjoyed the taste of the products, they expressed concerns about the suitability of waffles and pancakes as breakfast or snacking options in India. Additionally, health factors such as sugar spikes in children raised further doubts. However, Namita Thapar recognized the potential and made an offer of ₹75 Lakhs for 15% equity, resulting in a successful deal.
