The Plated Project, founded by Chitresh, combines art with philanthropy in a unique way. Their endeavor involves collaborating with artists to create stunning decorative and dinnerware plates. For every plate sold, The Plated Project sponsors meals for renowned institutions, giving back to society.

The brand offers a wide range of products in the decor, dinnerware, and gifting categories. Despite their high price points, The Plated Project's exceptional quality and competitive pricing have garnered attention. During the episode, Anupam Mittal, founder of shadi.com and people group, made an offer for 5% equity. Namita Thapar, Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, followed with an offer of 30 Lakhs for 1% equity and a 45 Lakh debt at a 12% interest rate. Vineeta Singh, Co-Founder of Sugar Cosmetics, and Aman Gupta, Co-Founder and CMO of Boat Nirvana, also expressed interest, proposing a joint investment of 75 Lakhs for 5% equity.

Ultimately, a deal was struck with Aman, Namita, and Vineeta, resulting in an investment of 75 Lakhs for 3.75% equity. This partnership would not only provide financial support to The Plated Project but also open doors to expanded reach and growth opportunities.

VsnapU: Simplifying Photography Needs

V

Taranbir, Parminder, Kaushik, and Anshu brought VsnapU to the Shark Tank, presenting their unique photography brand. VsnapU offers a convenient solution for booking professional photographers over the phone, anytime and anywhere. However, their business model faced challenges due to the rising popularity of mobile photography and self-editing tools.

In today's technologically advanced era, where everyone uses mobile phones and can apply filters and edit their own photos and videos, the market for hiring photographers during trips is declining. Consequently, all the sharks decided not to invest in VsnapU.

The Health Factory: Nourishing with Protein Bread

H

Vinay and Mohit introduced The Health Factory's protein bread brand to the sharks. With an ask of 75 Lakhs for 2.1% equity, they aimed to become the country's leading provider of nutritious bread. The Health Factory's protein bread boasts 300% more protein, low fat and sugar content, and zero cholesterol.

Despite the sharks' positive feedback, concerns surrounding scalability hindered the negotiation process, ultimately leading to no deal. However, The Health Factory's protein bread brand exemplifies the growing trend of health-conscious consumers seeking nutritious alternatives in their daily lives.
